ProHealth founder Michael is a chiropractor who specialises in assessing pain and movement within the body to restore it to its correct state. Michael’s interest in golf has led him to become a registered Titleist Performance Institute Medical Professional (TPI MP). This has helped Michael to successfully treat sports professionals, especially golfers, from amateur to professional level.
He gained certification in full spine Active Release Technique (ART) in 2015, using this to aid many muscle injuries which may be causing a reduction in improvements.
Paige joined the ProHealth Chiropractic Clinic, having graduated from the AECC in Bournemouth. She has a keen interest in gymnastics, having performed at a high level at junior level. Amy is a Sports Rehabilitator (BSc Hons) who graduated from the University of Cumbria in 2017 and has been working in the field since graduating. She is able to assess and treat injuries using hands on techniques and patient specific exercise rehabilitation programmes.
She currently works with Wigan Athletic Football Club providing rehabilitation to the academy players during training sessions and on match days.
Although the practitioners work independently, each acknowledges the benefits of a team approach as best practice for patients. This means they may refer to one another for specific specialised care; chiropractic, massage or rehabilitation.
