The ProHealth Approach

Since 2015, Michael has successfully treated a wide variety of injuries in the ProHealth practice.

Sports Health refers to the overall physical and mental well-being of individuals who regularly engage in sports and athletic activities. It includes aspects such as maintaining a healthy diet, getting enough rest, and participating in regular physical activity to improve athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury.

Additionally, it involves the management of sports-related injuries and rehabilitation to ensure a speedy and safe recovery. Sports Health is crucial for individuals who compete in sports at any level, from amateur to professional, as it can directly impact their performance, longevity, and quality of life

Over the past decade, Michael has successfully treated a wide variety of injuries in the Chiropractic Associates practice. Following structured treatment plans, improving bio-mechanics within the body to allow greater movements, greater control, strength and ultimately greater performance, many patients report feeling much better for months or years at a time.

Our Approach

However, it has become increasingly clear that if underlying unhealthy habits are not curbed or corrected, the dysfunctional state which caused the original issues can often return. This leads many patients to return to the clinic with similar injuries at some point in the future.

It has also become clear that poor mechanics within the workplace can cause a structural asymmetry, which can then contribute to other issues such as poor performance in individual activities, loss of accuracy, reduced productivity at work, and indeed loss of form in sport.

Within our clinics, we have a very clear aim. That is, to provide the best possible route to full potential for every patient. Everyone is individual and will be given options carefully tailored to suit their own situation
