JOIN US FOR HEALTHY EATING WEEK
Healthy Eating Week is organised by the British Nutrition Foundation (BNF) and aims to bring the UK together for a dedicated week around healthy eating, wellbeing, the benefits of physical activity and cooking.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
Why not commit to one (or all) of the health challenges during the week? You can use BNF guides as a base or brainstorm ideas of how you can incorporate the challenges into your daily routines. This is a great exercise to do as a family or with your work colleagues.
