Training at the FitBox allows you to work privately with coaches who specialise in Body Transformations, Rehabilitation, Athletic performance, Strength and Conditioning.
The FitBox studio space is specifically designed to offer the client an opportunity to work away from generic machine based exercises, along with the typical gym environment. Instead, we look to challenge our clients using a wide variety of free weights and functional tools, in order to help them improve in all aspects of health and fitness.
Nick Jones, Head Coach and Owner of FitBox, is a qualified Personal Trainer who’s approach is to provide you with the freedom to train whenever best suits, and work with you on a one to one basis in order to achieve your fitness goals, whether they be; weight/fat loss, muscle toning, muscle gain, improved eating habits/diet, S&C, sport specific and everything in between!
Offering consultation and experience into the world of fitness so that you are able to receive the best training methods/exercises together with the best nutritional advice in order to help you be the best you can be!
Nick has a passion for fitness, and chooses to work away from gym environments to ensure that all of his clients receive a bespoke experience within their training programme
