Office Massage
We Come To You
We offer on-site massage to our patients and their work place. Which can be done in small by using the bench to the left, requiring little more than the space needed for 2 chairs. Otherwise, for larger spaces we can bring our portable bench and work within a private office.
Our sports therapists can relax neck, shoulders and back tensions in these positions to make the work experience a lot more pleasant.
Our minimum on-site duration is 3 hours, with our maximum set at 2 sets of 3 hours in 1 day.
POSTURE CHECK
How we sit at our desk has a great impact on our well-being. What most people do not realise, is postures effect on the standard of our work.
It has been seen many a time, that those with poor posture are more likely to have headaches and neck complaints. These irritations reduce concentration levels and performance within the office itself.
